What is included in a standard cleaning?

We offer two types of cleaning service. A standard clean, which is a lighter clean that covers all the important areas of the house, is perfect if you book regular cleanings with us. A deep clean is a more thorough clean which we recommend if your house hasn’t been cleaned professionally in the last few months.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes we do. We come fully prepared to make your house spotless! Although if you prefer us to use one of your own¬†products on a certain job, don’t hesitate to ask!

How do I book my first appointment?

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Absolutely! We have a very extensive hiring process. We background check and always interview in-person to ensure that our cleaners can be trusted in our customers homes.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We back our services with a 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we come back and make it right.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes it is. We do not share any of our clients information.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. All of our employees must have a clean record before being hired.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We guarantee that you will be delighted by the results of your clean. If for some reason you are not just let us know within 48 hours and we promise to send a cleaner back to get it right for free. It’s as simple as that. We don’t pay our cleaners until after this time period, so there is no risk when you book a Maid Division clean.

What is your refund policy?

You can always cancel a booking. However, if it is cancelled within 24 hours of the service, a $20 fee will be charged.

What time will the cleaners arrive?

Our cleaners always try to arrive on time for your clean. However, please do allow 30 minutes to take into account heavy traffic. We will give you a call if your cleaner if going to be late.
